Services are limited in scope and duration and do not include legal, medical, or advocacy representation. This option is ideal for clients who require immediate, task-specific support without enrolling in a full service package.

Additional Information – Short-Term Administrative Case Support

This service provides short-term, limited-scope administrative support for a specific, approved request. It is intended to assist with organization, document preparation support, and other administrative tasks only.

All requests are reviewed prior to acceptance. Submission of a request does not guarantee service approval.

The flat-rate service includes up to two (2) hours of administrative support. If additional time is required, it must be approved in advance and will be billed at $95 per hour in 30-minute increments.

Services are administrative in nature only. This service does not include legal advice, medical advice, advocacy, or representation before any agency or organization.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and remain responsible for the final submission of all documents unless otherwise stated in writing.

Turnaround time is communicated after request approval. Expedited service is not guaranteed.

This is a one-time, non-recurring service and does not establish an ongoing service relationship or case management arrangement.

Outcomes, decisions, or approvals by third-party agencies are not guaranteed.
