This is our premium package, which incorporates all services provided in Tier 1 (Initiating the Claim) and Tier 2 (Monitoring Claim(s) and Documentation).

What Tier 3 Adds:

    • Getting the Claim Started: We handle the full intake, get your documents organized, do an initial review, and set up your claim file.

    • Tracking the Claim(s) and Paperwork: We constantly track your claim's status, keep a detailed log of everything, manage your documents securely, and send you regular updates.

  • Short-Term Admin Assistance & Coordination: Tier 3 steps it up by proactively managing and coordinating the crucial administrative stuff for a set, limited time. This means we'll:

    • Make sure necessary documents get smoothly exchanged between you and others involved (like insurance adjusters, lawyers, or doctors).

    • Handle the scheduling and coordination for appointments, exams, or site visits needed for the claim.

    • Keep track of administrative deadlines to ensure nothing time-sensitive slips through the cracks.

  • Detailed Activity Tracking: We provide a super detailed look at every administrative action and communication during that defined short-term period. You get complete transparency and a full, chronological record of every admin step we take.

(Important Limit):

Tier 3 is specifically designed for solid, short-term administrative support during key moments in your claim's life. It does NOT include long-term, continuous case management—the kind of work that involves strategic legal planning, heavy-duty negotiations, or oversight that spans multiple years. Our service is strictly administrative and is limited to the specific time frame we agree upon in the contract.
